Downloaded hardcopy along with academic documents & Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card, Pan Card and voter ID & 4 passport size photographs can be sent to our office address by courier or in-person. Downloaded filled up form will be accepted by email sdpsgaya@rediff.com or sdpsdr@rediff.com / Speed post / personally along with required documents mentioned above.
